November 2025 - Complete Redesign of the Modular System
This month marks a turning point for AntMaster. We've completely redesigned our modular ant farms, improving every aspect of the product based on your experience and feedback.
🔧 IMPROVEMENTS TO THE GATES
We have completely redesigned the gate system:
• New optimized seal: The passage circle now includes a flat area that perfectly seals the gate, eliminating the small gaps that previously allowed occasional leaks
• Increased security: Ants will no longer be able to open the gates even if they are slightly looser
• Improved grip: We've improved the ergonomics to make opening and closing easier, making everyday handling more comfortable.
🔗 NEW CONNECTION SYSTEM
The most significant change:
• One-piece printing: Greater structural strength by eliminating weak points
• Reinforced geometry: Capable of supporting much more load than the previous model
• Improved connectors: They perfectly seal the connection between modules
• Internal screw system: The screws are threaded directly into the 3D printed part with an internal nut, providing exceptional stability and hardness
🎨 REDESIGNED INTERIOR
Enhanced natural aesthetics:
• The galleries no longer display the 3D printing marks
• Cleaner, more professional finish
• We maintain the Terra aesthetic that characterizes the brand
💧 ADVANCED HYDRATION SYSTEM
Key improvements:
• Ultra-absorbent plaster: New formulation that stores large amounts of water and releases it gradually
• Humidity regulation: Absorbs excess internal humidity, creating a more stable environment
• Perfect seal: The water vial always maintains contact with the sponge thanks to powerful magnets
• Corrosion protection: The nuts of the humidity system are now completely covered by 3D PLA
• Premium materials: All metal elements are made of stainless steel, protected by the PLA structure
🆕 UPCOMING RELEASES
We are working on expanding our product range:
• Full Deep range : Deep L and Deep XL will be available soon
• Modules without a humidity system : Starting with the M model, with staggered launches over 1-2 months
• Vertical modules : Launching on Black Friday 2025!
• Innovative 3D modules : New camera design that maintains Terra's natural aesthetic
• Redesigned XL and XXL foraging areas:
- Increased height: From the current 18cm to a total of 28cm
- Optimized lids: Smaller to facilitate the placement of leak-proof seals
- Entrance plugs: Available in 3D or Terra-themed versions
